    So hey everyone. I am a ex martial artist i guess... i took karate whean i was a kid but i moved and stoped. when i was about 15 i started taking tang soo do but i quit. I am looking to get into tkd (mainly because I had a patch in kicking exelence when i stoped taking tsd) and also boxing.But i promise this time i will stick with it. now its time for me to get in shape even thogh im not actualy out of it. i think ima start jogging first then weights.well thats pretty much all of my martial arts backround exept for the tai chi i took during a summer camp
