hello my name is Miguel de Sousa im 18 year's old i have train karate and judo witch i could be very good at but i hurt my knee but it is ok now, i have start kickboxe/thai for about 3 months i love it.

Sounds like you have three good styles that can really benefit you as a martial artist. Thai kickboxing will definitely provide good overall conditioning and judo will help bring opponents to the ground. Karate too can help you with your techniques if practiced under resisitance. Stick with it, and the possiblities are endless.
