I just found this forum and was trolling around all day at work.. Don't tell the boss or my wife (the other boss) I do that. I was active in the MA for @10 years straight then took a break from formal teaching/training fopr school and family. Hope this forum gets me inspired to get my ass back in gear and train.

There are some good (and great) martial artists here to be sure. I make no pretense to be one of them but I've found this place to be an invaluable resource. We have many big guns in the industry posting here from time to time, lots of excellent stuff to motivate and inspire and educate.
