My first name is Danny.
I train, on average, two nights a week in Kantan Kyo
Jujutsu at the Kashimunji Dojo in Boise, ID. I have
achieved the rank of 3rd Degree Brown belt
(Apprentice), considered an Instructor in our system
and have about 4 years training experience. I have
also cross-trained in a little Ed Parker Kenpo with my
lifting partner and spent a semester on the BSU Judo
team.
My focus is full contact self defense. My interests include martial arts, philosophy, legal topics, politics, firearms, technology and anything else where I may learn something new. Now that I have finally graduated form college, I will be pursuing a stronger interest in the sport aspects (i.e. Judo and BJJ) in the region.
I train in Boise, ID and I am building the www.kumiuchi.com website as a means to educate and participate in martial disciplines of all kinds.
So if you're ever in the area or know you will be coming, drop me a line and we'lll hook up and maybe do a little training. If not, I'm certain we can do a little drinking...
Peace out
