Hey to all you mma freaks...I am 29 years old, have some boxing and wrestling experience, been weight training for about 10 years and stand 5'9" and weigh 210lbs. My goal is to get some training in striking, particularly kicking, and would also like to gain some grappling/submission skills as well. I've been a fan of mma since the beginning of the UFC but am by no means an 'expert' on the sport. Looking forward to posting with you all...
