Greetings to all. I'm already a member of e-budo and the Shorinji Kempo moderator on Budoseek, but now I've signed up here only to find that other e-budo members such as Sharp Phil are already here. (Hi, Phil!

I'm a British expat resident in Japan, where I work as a translator. I've been practicing Shorinji Kempo for 18 years, and currently hold the rank of 3-dan. I train three times a week in Shorinji Kempo, and go to the gym another two or three times a week.
Outside of training and work, I'm an avid bibliophile and movie buff. Oh, and I have a reputation on e-budo for posting daft polls.
