Training in New York

I have just moved to Staten Island, NY and am looking for someplace near by to re-start my training (I have been away from the game for about 2 years).
Does anyone know of or train in a academy/school/garage near Staten Island?
I refuse to go to a "franchise" or re-lear some "sissy" style (and I say that with all do respect).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

come on down towards rockland or orange county where i reside!!!!
i work around rockland county.i do the stop and shop store in nanuet.it's approximately 19 miles from entering nyc.the store that comes right after shop rite on the left.stop and shop's on the left about a mile past there.i merchandise there each and every freakin day.i work for budweiser.i love martial arts.period.i'll train with anybody.i have nothing to lose.
my job is lame and it kind of really sux,so i dont mind the pain.the pain of training.
so,yeah,meet me around 12-1 mon-fri at stop and shop(nanuet)or between 1-2 on weekends.i usually have off tuesdays so dont pick that day.otherwise it's all good.it's cool.i am really quite excited because there arent many new yorkers around thease threads.
i'm eager.
by the way,my name's rob and i'm a 33 year old martial arts practitioner.straight up everything.we can talk business in the parking lot.it should and i believe will be indeed quite cool.i'm a country boy pretty much.i reside in orange county,via goshen ny.
