Signed on months ago .... when I got involved helping to teach a women's self defense workshop at the Tae Kwon do school I train at.
Currently I am a 2nd dan with 11 years experience in Chung Do Kwan -style Tae Kwon do (Chang Hun hyungs) and also teach cardio kickboxing at the school.
I see some familar "faces" here... just wanted to finally say hi!
