A boy was at a carnival and went to a booth where a man said to the boy, "If I write your exact weight on this piece of paper then you have to give me $50, but if I cannot, I will pay you $50."

The boy looked around and saw no scale so he agrees, thinking no matter what the carny writes he'll just say he weighs more or less.

In the end the boy ended up paying the man $50. How did the man win the bet?

If you were running a race, and you passed the person in 2nd place, what place would you be in now?
        --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A man was born in 1955. He's alive and well today at age 33. How is this possible?

Bill bets Craig $100 that he can predict the score of the hockey game before it starts. Craig agrees, but loses the bet. Why did Craig lose the bet?

        A woman shoots her husband.
Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes.
        Finally, she hangs him.
But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together.
        How can this be?

There are two plastic jugs filled with water. How could you put all of this water into a barrel, without using the jugs or any dividers, and still tell which water came from which jug?

What is black when you buy it, red when you use it, and gray when you throw it away?

What force and strength cannot get through, I with a gentle touch can do.
And many in the street would stand, were I not a friend at hand.
        What am I?

What is the greatest worldwide use of cowhide?
        ------------------------------------------------------------------------------I can sizzle like bacon,
I am made with an egg,
I have plenty of backbone, but lack a good leg,
I peel layers like onions, but still remain whole,
I can be long, like a flagpole, yet fit in a hole,
        What am I? --

Ipon got it, he wrote your exact weight.

The second is kind of a trick question, as long as the race does not have laps then you would be in 2nd, but if it has laps you could technically pass the person in second and still be dead last.

I am confused...even if you freeze the water you still need to use teh jugs to empty the ice block. The question stated without using the jugs (in any fashion)!?!?!?!?!?!

You have to be able to tell which water came from which jugs. And why would you need to use the jugs. It means keep them in the jugs in the barrel.

yeah that one has a few answers that fit the riddle. It needed to be a little more exact in it's wording.
