I'm going to be out for a while as I'm getting my wisdom teeth taken out. I was wondering what people's favorite martial art books are as I'm going to have a lot of time to read.

Here are some of mine (in no particular order):
    1. The Gloves by Robert Anasi
    2. The Rain series by Barry Eisler
    3. Against All Odds (Chuck Norris biography)
    4. The Book of Five Rings by Miyamoto Musashi

I used to like The Gracie Way, but I'm kind of tired of the BJJ propoganda.

'The Fight' by Norman Mailer about Ali vs. Foreman confrontations and background. Not presicely martial arts, but a good read anyway.

tao of jeet kune do is an interesting read
Vunak's books are pretty cool too.

Living the martial way is also a very good book.

Sun Tzu the art of war is good.

        I personally liked Hagakure

I've looked at the gift of fear by gavin debecker, but haven't had a chance to sit down and read it cover to cover yet.

I just picked up Championship Fighting by Jack Dempsey, a boxing book but it seems very interesting hard to find though and a bit pricey.

Yeah, pretty good. You can find this online sometimes at stickgrappler.tripod.com.

Also, if the books dont have to be about a particular MA, you could read books by any of these guys; Machiavelli, Aristotle. Yamamoto Tsunetomo, Miyamoto Musashi, Pavel Tsatsouline, Karl Marx, R.L Wing, and Jack Dempsey.
All will have something to teach you.
