I cut at 220 which I'm trying to get back down to for health and women purposes I'm just not ment to carry any extra pounds and my body's certainly letting me know that, one thing most guys need to understand that being big and muscular don't mean s*** when it comes to fighting/sd LOL I actuallly got bigger doing ma/fighting than I was when I was ocd on the iron.LOL also grew an inch in my early 20's. I'm 28 now and look 21 too bad my ankle don't feel 21 though.

no fear of that, i am too old to cover my walls with posters but when i did it was Farrah fawcett Majors, Daisy duke and suzanne Somers, now days i have real live women in my bedroom so i dont think anyone could confuse the two
