yeah thats true, there is a whole different design for the streets. Inside you are protected by the structure itself and all the things inside help diffuse the strength of the attack. However in the streets you are alone without your protective shield so so have to take responsibitity and learn to defend yourself from the rays there which are MUCH more dangerous.

What a bunch of hooey!! No way those old untested (against todays technologies) hats will work against the current crop of super strong, highly tested radio waves of today!! Those damn old designs only worked on the pitiful weak non realistic rays of the old days...with the current in ring...errr lab testing the new designs have proven far superior within the parameters of lab testing.
