Stats and ANOVAs

Does anyone know how to figure out statistical significance using a 1 or 2 way ANOVA...I hate this shit with a passion, and I need to write up a results section for something, and all these numbers and scrambled letters still look like Greek to me (in fact, I'm pretty damn sure some of it is).

I should know it, yes...but my QRM instructor is of the "trial by fire" "learn by heavily weighted error" type and we didn't really cover this stuff in depth.
