this is only the very beginning. if they can give humans bionic body parts currently, imagine how far this technology will progress in 10-20 years. medical technology is insane.

my job site is located at the stanford medical community. did you know they have a 2 mile long particle accelerator there?!?!?!?!

I recently read an article about a former marine who lost an arm and was fitted with a similar device.

Advances in prosthetic devices seem to follow major armed conflicts. Wooden hands controlled by leather straps came out after the Civil War, those controlled by wires after WW II.
