i went to church and then to a nursing home to give them a dvd of service
and came home and had soup my family is gone my mom and brother dies the same summer 12 years ago and my dad died nov-9-08
my dad's brother live in connenticut (ct) he went to maine with his wife to see the kids they will move to maine in summer as they bought a house there
and my family live far away from me my mom's brother lives in atlanta, ga
so i do not get to see them much!!! or even at all they came for my dad passing away have not heard form them only in one e-mail

I would encourage you to welcome the fun some here make of you. Why? Because, it will toughen you up and after a while it just won't bother you. And when you reach a point that it no longer bothers you, when they can no longer get to you no matter what they say, they will no longer be able to control you. If you don't do this, if you don't welcome their teasing they will always control how you feel. Quit saying, 'stop hurting me!" Say, bring it on! And then just throw stuff back at them. In fun, of course. No reason to spit on another human being.

And remember, when you do stuff back at them, notice how you feel. If you feel angry, or hurt, or whatever, remind yourself you are throwing stuff back to spar with them so you can grow strong and not to pay them back - that is a waste of your humanity.

Like the old "Kung Fu" TV show says, "When you can snatch the pebble (in this case their teasing) from (their) hand you will have learned. Okay, "Grasshopper?"

I'm suprised you actually spent your own money to go see see "Its Pat." Did you go by yourself....late at night?

PS - the sauna concept can't work here in the states - chix just aren't down with it yet.
