flowers for my work room?

I like to be surrounded by many flowers in my work room, it gives a lot of oxygen and peace. A lot of orchids helps me train well Martial arts also. I would like to pick up some oriental flowers, maybe there is a flower show/market or something that I should go to?

I highly recommend growing plants over buying them. Theres a certain amount of perspective you get from nurturing something into life, essentially. Personally, I prefer medicinal herbs and food-producing plants for the practical benefit; but the choice is yours.

Find something you want and can grow where you live. It's good for the environment. It's good for you. It's good for your health.

A dream would be to have an avocado tree with lots of flowers and fruits , that would be very peacuful but I guess I have to go with something a little easier than that but that still gives both flowers and fruits...
