    Just wanted to annouce and invite all interested parties to the Senshido
    Seminar I am hosting here in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

    The founder of Senshido, Richard Dimitri, one of the most sought after
    Reality Based Self Defense teachers will be instructing the seminar.

    For those of you not aquianted with Senshido you can visit the webiste at

    The seminar will cover Senshido's infamous "Shredder". For those of you who
    dont know about it, that alone is worth the price of admission to the
    seminar. After you experience the "shredder" , you will soon want to
    add it to your aresenal. Talk is cheap though, come check it
    out.

    HOW TO GET THERE:

    By Car: From downtown Toronto: exit the Gardiner Expressway at South
    Kingsway, drive north to Morningside and follow the signs east to Lavinia.

    By TTC: Subway: from the Runnymede Station either follow the signs and walk
    southwest 5 minutes or take the Runnymede bus route 77 south 2 stops to
    Deforest and walk west 3 minutes to Lavinia.

    There is limited parking at the rear of the Town Hall, there is street
    parking also available.

    You can go to www.mapquest.com to get detailed directions from wherever you
    are to the Community Centre.
