New Orleans Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu presents a 3 hour seminar on No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts with Leonardo "The Wizard" Xavier and Tim Mousel:
Leonardo will teach the following:
- How to trick your opponent into giving away his ankle for a submission lock
- 3 of the best methods for attacking the ankle
- Ankle lock defense...how to prevent being caught in an ankle lock
- Details that will increase your success percentage when attacking the legs.
- Knee attacks - submit your opponent with some of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu's best knee attacks.
- Learn cutting-edge, up-to-date submissions and defense from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Correct application of knee bars, ankle locks, toe holds and heel hooks
Tim will teach the following:
- How to throw devastating leg kicks
- Footwork that lures your opponent into your bone numbing leg kicks
- 6 methods to defend and counter the leg kick
- How to effectively utilize knee strikes to neutralize your opponent at close range.
- Achieve the clinch or takedown by safely closing the distance through the kicking, punching, knee and elbow ranges.
There will be a question and answer session that will allow you to ask questions, learn additional details or ask about any technique.
