On Sunday, October 24th, there will be a Clubbell and Circular Strength Training group session from 12-2 pm. The class will be in Minneapolis, MN.
The session will be taught by Jason Erickson, Minnesota's first CST coach certified under Scott Sonnon.
Due to continuing popular demand, this session will be Clubbell®-intensive. We will practice basic movements and standard combinations like Mills and Swipes. ABC 2-handed exercises for heavier Clubbells® may also be introduced. In addition to Clubbell® technique, we will work on the basics of CST theory and safe training practices, Warrior Wellness™ joint mobility, and Performance Breathing™.
There will be opportunities to check out several sizes of Clubbells® and to examine a variety of CST reference materials. If you have your own Clubbells®, please bring them!
