On Saturday July 16th from 11:30am to 3:00pm I will be conducting a seminar on "Sticks to Empty-Hands". We will cover various drills and tactics starting with double sticks going to single stick, improvised weapons (pocket-stick & bandanna), and finally to empty-hands. We will then cover various applications of locks, takedowns, and throws with and without weapons. All skills will be taught in a combative fashion.
It will be an opportunity to see how the tools and tactics can be seamlessly integrated with your current style or system. It will also help you understand what I call "Universal Adaptation", the ability to apply the same techniques with and without weapons and against various types of attacks with only little modification.
