A 12 hour intensive martial arts seminar covering 11 topics featuring 4 different instructors. Classes to include: Tai Chi, knife defense, ab conditioning, improvised weapons, Apache knife fighting, multiple attacker defense, stretching, close quarter tactics, contact manipulation, and more. Cost only $40.

Suitable for beginners, advanced practitioners, and everyone in between. Men, women, and teens welcome!
