Prerequisites: None
Age Limit: 13 years of age or older
Course Content: "4 Steps To Successful Self-Defense", how to improve awareness, a simple method of effective escape, effective boundary setting & de-escalation (verbal self-defense), physical self-defense against common attacks, basic ground defense (sexual assault prevention), and much more. By the end of the course participants will understand what is needed to avoid victimization. Participants will also know how to recognize a potentially dangerous situation and how to successfully maintain control of it when escape is no longer an option. Participants will be provided the opportunity to test their newly acquired skills out on a padded assailant.
