Modern Combatives: Viper Program – Women’s Self Protection Workshop
This 1 day self protection seminar is designed exclusively for women who are serious about personal security and self protection on the street, and uses specialist combative techniques combined with realistic and adaptable security awareness skills that are relevant for the woman of today.
We have been running our women’s self protection program since 1999 and in that time have instructed female teachers, nurses, civil servants, housewives and corporate concerns in personal safety and self protection techniques.
The VIPER Program offers the whole package of women’s self protection and includes;
• Mindset
• Threat Management
• Personal Safety Skills
• Combative Principles and Techniques
• Street Assault Indicators
• Personal Weapon Skills
This course would be beneficial to any woman concerned with her personal security or the very real threat of street assaults.
