Brothers and sisters,
I was invited again to present workshops at the Annual Zhang San Feng festival. I will be teaching Shuai concepts and inculcate seminar attendees in how to fall properly as well as some of the basic throws found in Baguazhang and Taijiquan. I look forward to seeing EFers if they can make it. It is a three day extravaganza of martial arts and friendship.
I am also going to be presenting Dit Da for Martial Artists. This is going to be an incredible seminar presenting many of the OTC Chinese patent medicines for injuries.
