On March 28th Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Phil Cardella, will teach 3 Seminars in Tyler, Texas at the Lone Star Mixed Martial Arts Gym.
Phil recently competed in a WEC match on March 1, and is a talented MMA Fighter, GI and NO-GI Submission Competitor, so don't miss this one!
10:40-12:40: Jiu-Jitsu Self Defense Seminar
**Invite your girlfriends, wives, daughters, sisters, friends, etc. to this seminar to learn techniques to protect themselves**

1-3pm: BJJ Seminar
3:20-4:20pm: MMA Seminar
COST: Only $30 an hour for each hour of the seminar(s)
Private lessons and Semi-Private Lessons will also be available:
Private lessons will be offered at $100 per hour
Semi Private Lessons (2-3 students): $75 each person per hour
Small Group (4-6 students): $50 each person per hour
