    Hand to Hand

    I have a friend who is having inappropriate thoughts about an 8 year old boy. He keeps going on about his body and then talks of arses and penises. I odn't want to say who it is as I do not want to embarrass him.

    But it is Hand to Hand. Can you get him neutered or something?
