    Brave men,
I read the washingtontimes article. Is it normal for the US to award the Army's Bronze Star medal to members of foreign armys? That really is an honor. Do they recieve similar priviledges as Americans that recieve that honor, or is it more of a symbolic jesture?

Yeah its not that unusual when there is a "coalition" ....as part of the "UN peacekeeping task force" just about the entire 6th fleet was awarded a rainbow of decorations from various nations...mind you were werent to wear them on our uniforms. nah no benifits....at least i never got any i did have to endure some circus music natl anthems though i dont want to offend anyone so i wont name any countries this time...but have you heard some of these anthems? sometimes it was hard not to crack up and start an international incident, i mean its like where are the clowns? and they go on forever (just like me! )
