i have had a several "interviews" and visits from law enforcement....harrassment plain and simple....my favorite was a student who joined up and claimed to be a banker As soon as he left, ALL the students went what did the cop want? i told them he said he a banker, they all laughed....we had a blast kicking the shit out of him and his "wife" who started training with us (6 months)....I saw him driving his sherriffs dept cruiser and waved....he never came back .....his "wife" was later identified as a justice dept employee....

Besides ever since my dad and I helped Bo Gritz (Bo's home was burned, his radio station was burned and Bo was shot...we were under CONSTANT surveillence the entire campaign and it has never entirely ceased) with his run for president the whole family has been on their watch/shit list...i refuse to deal with ANY militias or people who advocate ANY sort of violence against the govt....

with an explosives background im well aware i best be damn careful who i deal with and i am....its better to let them hear me bitchin, and "sneak" a plant into my classes every now and then than be totally quiet and worry them.

Besides i teach military personel free and i sell them knives at my cost plus
10 percent....I have no problems with them, its the idiots who USE the military for profit at the expense of American safety that piss me off....Im not anti american, im anti corporation....and pro constitution....that got me on the shit list all by its lonesome.

Bo gritz was the most highly decorated Green beret in vietnam...he LED many of our covert ops in countries we claim we never went...Bo pointed out we werent legally at war in several countries that we left as many bomb craters as we did in NAM. Bo named names of American politicians DEALING DRUGS using the POW accounting as a cover....Bo brought out pictures of American POWS still in nam in the 80's every man on Bo's team except Bo was killed..the CIA "lost" the tapes Bo got Scott Barnes into cambodia with a team they got more pictures...all scotts team was killed. Scott was jailed...bo was jailed...Col Nick Rowe was the American SF officer who escaped prison camps in Nam after 5 years of captivity...he tried to take a team back with Bo's help to rescue those men he had been locked up with....He was assasinated over it.

i posted some links to Bo's Speeches that i helped produce in 1992 (i have all the originals hidden) All Bo's copies were burned in the fires..he told me to destroy my copies for my own saftey....(**** that, im hardheaded )

HMMMM it seems several of the videos i posted are gone I guess i will just have to re-upload them ...LOL

As for who did the the burning and shooting....people who didnt like Bo's platform, he wanted to buy back the federal reserve...issue money we dont have to pay interest on....lincoln and Kennedy tried the same thing, BTW both the acts were REVERSED after they were assasinated.

oh yeah, i almost forgot Bo was the Man they modeled Rambo's commander after in the rambo movies....bo was the man who talked Randy Weaver out of his home AFTER FBI snipers shot his dog, murdered his minor son then shot randy's best friend, shot randy then they SHOT and KILLED his wife while she held their baby in her arms through the kitchen window....the FBI knew if they killed his wife and kid he would surrender to save his last kid....there wasnt any other way to get him out....That was bullshit since bo TALKED him out AFTER the MURDERS...obviously bo could have talked him out before the killings.

Randy was SF so he knew bo was a straight shooter...So did the goons who didnt want bo as president....hence the fires and shooting of Bo.

Oh yeah , randys crime? The FBI came to randys home and asked him to do them a favor a saw off 2 shotguns, randy said "guys you know thats illegal' The FBI said yeah Randy but youre doing this FOR the FBI So randy did it..the NEXT DAY they tried to force randy to spy on other Vets, when randy refused they threatened to arrest him for sawing off the shotguns Randy got pissed and said get off my land....they came back with snipers and killed everyone Randy cared about as a lesson....

                  Bo Gritz

Bo GritzJames "Bo" Gritz (born January 18, 1939 in Enid, Oklahoma) was a highly decorated Green Beret officer during the Vietnam War whose post-war activities—notably attempted POW rescues—have proven controversial. The character of Rambo, portrayed by Sylvester Stallone in a series of popular movies, was purportedly based on Gritz. He remained a Green Beret officer until he resigned his commission in 1979.

Attempts to locate prisoners of war
During the 1980s Gritz undertook a series of private trips into Southeast Asia, purportedly to locate United States prisoners of war which some believed were still being held by the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Those missions were heavily publicized, controversial and widely decried as shambolic -- for instance, as some commentators stated, few successful secret missions involve bringing to the border towns women openly marketing commemorative POW rescue T-shirts. All such missions failed to locate any live POWs.

                  Drug trafficking allegations
Gritz became increasingly interested in conspiracy theories starting in 1986 after a trip to Burma to interview drug kingpin Kun Sah regarding possible locations of U.S. POWs. Gritz returned from Burma with a videotaped interview of Kun Sah purporting to name several officials in the Reagan administration involved in narcotics trafficking in Southeast Asia. He believed that those same officials were involved in a coverup of missing U.S. POWs.

During this period Gritz established contacts with the Christic Institute, a leftist group which was then pursuing a lawsuit against the U.S. government over charges of drug trafficking in both Southeast Asia and Central America. He also established increasing contacts with conspiracy theorists of the right.

                  Conspiracy theorist
In 1989, Gritz established the Center For Action, which was active on a number of issues, mostly pertaining to conspiracy theories. Attempting to build bridges among conspiracy theorists and other activists of both the left and right, in 1990 he held a conference in Las Vegas, Nevada called "Freedom Call '90". Speakers at that conference included October Surprise researcher Barbara Honegger, Bill Davis of the Christic Institute, conspiracy theorist Eustace Mullins, and several others. This newfound interest in conspiracy theories proved to be as controversial as Gritz's earlier missions searching for POWs, especially after allegations surfaced of anti-Semitism directed at one of the speakers, Eustace Mullins.

                  Anti-war activities
During the 1991 Persian Gulf War, Gritz was an outspoken opponent of that war, and linked it to a conspiracy theory alleging plans to implement a one-world government, known as the "new world order". He appeared on Pacifica Radio stations in California as a guest several times, and for a short time was in demand as a speaker to left-wing and anti-war audiences. However, during this period he also became closely associated with the Christian Patriot movement on the right, and spoke at conferences sponsored by Christian Identity pastor Pete Peters. When these associations became known to those on the left, especially after the publication of a report by the Los Angeles-based group People Against Racist Terror calling Gritz a "front man for fascism", left-wing audiences lost interest in Gritz, and the Christic Institute and Pacifica Radio cut off any further association.

                  Author
Gritz is the author of three books. The first, A Nation Betrayed, was published in 1989 and contained Gritz's allegations of drug trafficking and a POW coverup, based on the Kun Sah interview. The second, Called To Serve, was published in 1992 and expanded on the previous book to cover a wide range of conspiracy theories, including the assassination of John F. Kennedy and allegations of a new world order. His third book is entitled My Brother's Keeper and was published in 2003.

                  Presidential Candidate
In 1992, Gritz ran for President of the United States on the Populist Party ticket. He received 106,152 votes nationwide, or 0.1% of the popular vote. In two states he had a respectable showing for a third party candidate: Utah, where he received 3.84% of the vote, and Idaho, where he received 2.13% of the vote. In some counties, his support topped 10-12%. The relatively high support in those two states can probably be attributed to his having converted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, aka "the Mormon Church." His running on the Populist Party ticket created further controversy, because of that party's past ties to David Duke and Willis Carto. Also during 1992, Gritz attracted national attention as the mediator during the government standoff with Randy Weaver at Ruby Ridge, Idaho.

                  Controversial activities
In 1993, Gritz changed his emphasis again and began offering a course called SPIKE (Specially Prepared Individuals for Key Events), which taught paramilitary and survivalist skills. He also established a community in Idaho called Almost Heaven. Both of these proved to be even more controversial than his past activities, attracting charges from anti-racist watchdog groups that he was trying to build a community of Christian Identity believers and train them in paramilitary skills for a showdown with the government.

                  Subsequent activities
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints responded to his newfound activities by expelling Gritz and several of his supporters. He eventually cut his ties to the Almost Heaven community and returned to Nevada. In 1998, Gritz began an fruitless search for abortion clinic bombing suspect Eric Rudolph. This alienated many of his supporters on the far right. Also in 1998, Gritz made a failed suicide attempt while facing a divorce. He continues today with a website but his influence within the Christian Patriot movement and among conspiracy theorists has greatly diminished, the POW issue is no longer considered credible, while any interest the Left had in him was gone by 1992, leaving him largely without an audience.

In 2005, Gritz became an active protester against the removal of a feeding tube from Terri Schiavo, a severely disabled Florida woman. On March 19, 2005, when the tube was removed, he was arrested for trespassing after trying to enter the hospice where she lived.

Bo Gritz and Ruby Ridge: "I Was There!"

Note: Colonel James "Bo" Gritz is America's most decorated Special Forces soldier. He is one of our foremost authorities on counterinsurgency and special warfare and an acknowledged expert in the area of field expedient explosives. His nationally syndicated radio program can be heard in Muncie on Galaxy 6, Transponder 14, audio 5.8 wide band. His show is also carried area AM/FM stations. Check local listings for times.

Colonel Gritz also writes and distributes "Center for Action, S.P.I.K.E. (Specially Prepared individuals for Key Events)," available by subscription from HC, box 307, Kamiah, Idaho 83536. Colonel Gritz was present at Ruby Ridge, and was solely responsible for the surrender of Randy Weaver and his family, despite the best efforts of the FBI to perpetrate a massacre.

Colonel Gritz submitted a detailed statement to Idaho Senator Craig, which in large part led to the recent Senate hearings headed by Senator Arlen Spector. He also wrote two letters to the Wall Street Journal, detailing his actions at Ruby Ridge. What follows is the TRUE STORY of Ruby Ridge, told in the Colonel's own words.

First Letter to Wall Street Journal

                      RE: Randy Weaver articles.
Your printing of the Randy Weaver Idaho siege article (No Accountability at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), by James Boward, and FBI Director Louis Freeh's rebuttal is appreciated. Unfortunately, neither Freeh, nor your Boward, were there -- I was!

Initially, the FBI called me when Weaver wouldn't communicate with official negotiators. After wading through an army of bureau-rats, I was allowed on Weaver Mountain. In our first exchange, Randall (Pete to family and friends), told me the feds had killed Vicki and were keeping it a secret. He was also upset that the media was falsely labeling him a "white supremacist."

I telephoned Gerry Spence to defend Weaver, carried Kevin Harris (on the verge of death) from the cabin the next day and brought out Vicki Weaver's body. I negotiated with and accompanied Randall and his three daughters out of the siege. I have already made the following statement to FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) investigators, but have no faith that it is part of their "classified" (except to the N.Y. Times) Weaver Report.

Lon Horiuchi was the FBI Hostage Response Team (HRT) sniper who killed Vicki Weaver. The Department of Justice report says he shot her by "accident" after shooting Randall in the back. This is a blatant lie! The truth testifies of premeditated murder.

Randall Weaver, his 16-year old daughter, Sara, and Kevin Harris came out of the cabin to look in on Sammy Weaver, shot in the back the day before (21 August 1992) by U.S. Marshal Arthur Roderick. Sammy's body was secured from the "Y" ambush point where Marshall William Degan was also shot to death. The Weavers and Harris placed Sammy's remains in a 10 foot by 10 foot "birthing shelter" some 15 yards from the main cabin. As Randall raised his right arm to unlatch the door, he was shot without warning in the upper right back.

Vicki stood holding the main cabin door open with her right arm extended while cradling 10 month old Elisheba in her left arm. Kevin, Sara, and Randall bolted for the door in that order as Vicki was shot in the face. A bullet also pierced Kevin Harris through his left upper arm and chest. Only Sara, Elisheba and 10-year old Rachel remained uninjured. Vicki fell to her knees and bled to death (the bullet severed her left jugular) while the older daughters fought to release her grip on the infant.

Randall dragged Vicki inside under the kitchen table and slammed the door, which was then blocked by a 750-pound robot, nicknamed ZOGBOT by the HRT. There was no further contact until my arrival three days later.

Weaver agreed that Kevin would die if not given immediate professional help. His lungs were full of fluid and he was badly jaundiced. I was allowed into the cabin to help evacuate Kevin. I returned to examine Randall's wound. It was clear to see that he had been hit by a .223 caliber bullet fired from an M- 16 rifle, not a 7.62 millimeter from Horiuchi's Remington 700 sniper rifle. The .223 entered his right upper back and emerged cleanly from the center of his arm pit. I examined Vicki Weaver, who lay in a puddle of body fluids at one end of the 30-foot squared 3/4 inch plywood and 2x4 cabin. Clearly a high velocity 7.62 mm. slug had struck her right face just in front of the lower ear -- jaw line and exited just beneath the left jaw, tearing through the artery. The ugly wound almost completely destroyed the once beautiful face. I commented to Randall that it was obvious his bride was killed by a 7.62.

During my official statement to the DOJ investigating team, they ran off to bring back a sample .223 and 7.62 round, hoping to convince me that they are hard to tell apart. General William C. Westmoreland featured me as "The" American soldier in his memoirs. I spent years as a special operations commander in Vietnam, where I witnessed hundreds of people turned into garbage by both .223 and 7.62. I know the difference. Lon Horiuchi is lying when he claims to have shot Randall in the back and then accidentally hit Vicki trying to get a second quick shot off as Randall ran into the cabin. Every sniper team has a back-up shooter (number two man) responsible for communication with the Command & Control unit and security of the number one sniper. This number two carries an M-16 with open (iron) sights. The number one man has a choice (of weapons), but the FBI standard is a Remington 700 bolt action using 7.62 "match" ammunition with a 10-power United States Marine Corps sniper telescope.

Lon Horiuchi testified in Court that he practiced, hitting a quarter inch target at 200 meters (yards). I lay in Horiuchi's sniper nest beside a pine on a hillside 200 yards from, and overlooking the cabin. He fired from a prone supported position and almost anyone with training could have hit the target from that range with a 10-power telescope - yet he missed - by more than 10 inches! Horiuchi testified under oath that he aimed his first shot at the base of Randall's skull for an instant kill. Weaver was standing stock still with his back directly facing Horiuchi, lifting up his right arm to unlatch the tiny shelter less than 200 yards away, but Horiuchi didn't fire the first round - number two DID! Horiuchi was zeroed in on Vicki Weaver, but she would have made a better target standing standing in the yard. The number two man aimed his M- 16 offhand with iron sights at Weaver's head, but typically (ask any vet) missed by the margin stated. When Weaver didn't fall and the family ran for the cabin, Horiuchi hit his quarter inch bulls eye target - as planned.

The feds cremated both Vicki and Sammy, so no confirming autopsy is possible. The Weavers have a $300 million plus law suit against the feds for wrongful death, so Gerry Spence and certainly the Weavers have a jaded interest. Louie Freeh and Janet Reno are covering up (again), so they are apt to color the fact. I have received nothing from the government, nor will I from the Weavers, except Randall's thanks for saving their lives. It should come to trial, but probably won't, that I was the only "outsider" on the inside of what happened on Weaver Mountain. HRT Commander (Lon Horiuchi's boss), Dick Rogers, told me they "TARGETED VICKI WEAVER AS PRIORITY NUMBER ONE, SINCE THE PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE SHOWED HER TO BE THE MATERNAL HEAD OF THE FAMILY AND IT WAS THOUGHT SHE WOULD KILL THE CHILDREN BEFORE ALLOWING A SURRENDER."

The Chief Red Cross representative at the FBI siege headquarters told me that he was appalled to hear HRT members exclaim: "No one is going to come off that hill alive!" When they came off the mountain that evening he said they jubilantly put up a sign proclaiming the FBI location to be "CAMP VICKI!" The Red Cross chief said the sign stayed up until the day I arrived.

When I came down the hill after the first talk with Randall, FBI Special Agent-in-Charge of Western States, Gene Glenn, asked me: "What are we going to do about Vicki Weaver?" When I explained that it was wrong to cover up the death -- especially since Vicki's parents were present at the vigil waiting out the siege -- he asked: "OK Bo, but can we be the ones to release the information?" The family members were called inside the police line and finally told the news the FBI had known since Day one!

The Media continues to report that Kevin Harris killed Marshal William Degan: THIS IS NOT TRUE! Kevin did in fact tell me through the cabin wall on the second day of negotiations that he shot Degan. When I asked him how he was certain, he said: "Well, he's dead and Sammy didn't do it." Degan, Roderick and Larry Cooper (armed with a 9mm silenced Colt sub-machine gun) were wearing camouflage and laying in prepared positions within a wooded area overlooking the trail at the "Y." Harris confirmed that he didn't actually "SEE" Degan, but he "...did fire one shot from a bolt action 30.06 rifle at a spot where smoke and expended shell casings were coming from."

During the Boise trial (July 1993), Gerry Spence proved from the trail of expended cartridges that William Degan, the most decorated Marshal in the U.S. Marshal Service's (USMS) 208 year history, ran in front of Larry Cooper trying to get a better shot at Kevin Harris. Not hearing the silenced Colt in the din of machine gun fire, Degen was killed. Cooper testified, "I aimed my weapon and pulled trigger. The target fell like sack of potatoes." Kevin was not hit and Degan died, albeit accidentally. The jury recognized this and completely exonerated Kevin Harris of an wrongdoing of any kind. He walked from the federal court a free man.

Your readers should write, call and fax Randall Day, Boundary County Prosecutor, Bonner's Ferry, Idaho, 83805, (208) 267-7545), and encourage him to allow a Grand Jury to determine if charges should be filed against those responsible for the killing of Sammy, Vicki and Degan. Regardless of what Reno and Freeh say -- Day has primary jurisdiction.

                        Ruby Ridge
                        From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Ruby Ridge is a remote mountainous area in the northern Idaho Panhandle, known for a confrontation in August 1992 between a family living there and agents of the US federal government. The actions of the government forces were later widely criticized by the US Senate and others; the government later settled for $3.1 million.

                        Background

Agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) were trying to infiltrate the Aryan Nations, a group of white supremacists based at nearby Hayden Lake. It remains hotly debated whether Randy Weaver, a local farmer, was a sympathizer, but he had visited the Aryan Nation church on more than one occasion and he did decorated his property with signs proclaiming "White Power is Supreme" and "Bow Down to Yahweh." [1]

He seemed well placed to act as an infiltrator, but refused to do so when asked. Perhaps intending to elicit his cooperation, the BATF used an undercover operation in which they told Weaver to saw off the barrels of two shotguns, an inch below the legal limit. It is disputed between the BATF and Weaver as to who exactly shortened the barrels to below the minimum legal length of 18 inches. He failed to appear in court to answer the charges, citing an incorrect date on his summons. However, the US Marshals Service attempted to negotiate Weaver's surrender for more than a year after the scheduled court date. At one point in the negotiations Weaver sent a letter to the Boundary County Sheriff stating that he refused to leave his property.

                        ..............................................................

Another interesting note, BO Gritz was AWARDED 62 Medals during his service I would say that was a pretty shit hot performance record eh?

how about his testimony before the US SENATE?

THIS STATEMENT WAS PREPARED BY BO GRITZ FOR PRESENTATION ON 23 NOVEMBER 1992 BEFORE THE U.S. SENATE SELECT COMMITTEE ON POW/MIA AFFAIRS DEPOSITION STAFF AND IS TO BE OFFERED INTO THE OFFICIAL RECORD. THE TEXT OF THIS DOCUMENT IS THE TRUTH, SO HELP ME GOD, AS I KNOW IT TO BE: ATTESTED TO BY MY SIGNATURE ON THE 22D PAGE THIS 23rd DAY OF NOVEMBER 1992 IN THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, VA.

                          OVERVIEW

I have outlined my involvement in POW/MIA matters in the 22 pages that follow using operation (OPN) titles to separate events and times. It is my studied opinion over the past 12 years that responsible officials within the Executive Branch of the U.S. Government (USG) knowingly abandoned U.S. Prisoners of War (POW) held by Communist powers as a result of World War I, World War II, Korea, and Southeast Asia. I believe that presidents up through and including George Bush have known that Americans were left alive and in violation of law, these high officials and certain of their appointed subordinates have continued and perpetrated a cover up of this reality. I believe certain members of the U.S. Congress have aided in the oppression and diversion of critical information that could have revealed a fullness of truth long ago. I am convinced their exists a mindset in most USG offices that everything possible must be done to discredit the living POW movement and those that support it.

It may not be economically or politically expedient for the USG to deal with the POW issue in real terms, but I am certain it is right. It may provide excellent photo opportunities, but it is my view that for U.S. officials to look interested posing with Communist officials before stacks of old uniforms and equipment is an insult to the heros who once were apart of it. The fact is that the Communist in Laos for whatever and all the reasons did not return our POWs! The fact is that the Vietnamese held Americans after 1973. The fact is that Americans were sent to Russia that have not been returned. "Accounting" is a term used in reference to things, like boots, helmets, pistols, et al. Our POW/MIA should be returned!

                          ............................................................
or this letter to George Bush SR....

I am enclosing some documentation that supports the charges made. Chief is a letter from Khun Sa to the U.S. Justice Department dated 28 June 1987, wherein Richard Armitage is named along with Theodore Shackley (your former Deputy Director CIA from Covert Operations) and others. Please also note William Stevenson's article, "Bank of Intrigue-Circles of Power". You, Armitage, and General Richard Secord are prominently mentioned. Stevenson, you might remember, authored A MAN CALLED INTREPID. Also Tom Fitzpatrick's article, "From Burma to Bush, a Heroin Highway", should interest you. Both of these men are prize winning journalists. The book, CRIMES of PATRIOTS, "A True Tale of Dope, Dirty Money, and the CIA", by Jonathan Kwitny, reporter for the Wall Street Journal, details for you the bank connections that Khun Sa mentions. Finally, the basic primer that spells out exactly how this dope for covert operations gambit began, is Alfred McCoy's THE POLITICS OF HEROIN IN SOUTHEAST ASIA. All of these should be required reading for the man appointed chief cop by our President to safeguard America from illegal narcotics. These are just a sampling of many works now available that chronical disgraceful conduct by those sworn to protect and defend our Constitution.

Parting shot Mr. Vice President: On 28 January 1988, General Khun Sa tendered an offer to turn over to me one metric ton (2,200 pounds) of heroin. He says this is a good faith gesture to the American people that he is serious about stopping all drugs coming from the infamous Golden Triangle. I, you and Nancy Reagan are really serious about saying "NO" to drugs, why not test Gen Khun Sa? I challenge you to allow me in the company of agents of your choice to arrange to receive this token offer worth over $4 billion on the streets of New York City. It will represent the largest "legal" seizure of heroin on record. You can personally torch it, dump it in the ocean, or turn it into legal medication; as I understand there is a great shortage of legal opiates available to our doctors. I think Gen Khun Sa's offer is most interesting. If you say "YES" then the ever increasing flow of heroin from Southeast Asia (600-- tons-- '86, 900 tons-- '87, 1200-- tons'88) may dry up--not good for business in the parallel government and super CIA circles Oliver North mentioned. If you say "NO" to Khun Sa, you are showing colors not fit for a man who would be President.
