Misconceptions and slieght of hand
Yes our military would love nothing better than a stand and fight war from the insurgent, but I hope that they are not attempting to instill false confidence in our military and the hit us hard.
They may be trying to get us to build a big head of steam and start attacking full on in a stand fight only to have strategically placed IED's and then monkey trap us into a mass killing of U.S. troops. I have confidence intell would be on top of this but sometimes as I have said before Mr. Murphy works overtime and lots of wars have been won by one little mistake.
At one battle Napoleon lost horribly because his reserves, who were from another country(maybe Prussia I believe or he could have been fighting them, but I think he was fighting the Russians, I'll look it up and get back), and their calendar was a week behind his so they showed up late or he would have routed the enemy.Comment
