WHAT??!! You think Global warming is a hoax?
    ( So do I )

30 years ago they were saying we were entering another ice age.
I wish they would make up their minds.

There is no global warming. Just a huge push to gain control over the masses. Only thing is, we are GIVING that power to them without a peep.
    I am now clearly off-topic

I'm retired, and I think the only other vets in the thread (or anywhere on the board) are Tanto1 and Hardball ...Tom Yum is active duty.

While the "rules" may seem excessive to an outsider, any vet or anyone who has experience around active duty military will tell you the rules are a pretty good guideline with some tongue in cheek humor...that being said ignoring number 11 can get your ass kicked.

That's not what I was talking about, and I don't think any of the gang of four are active duty military.

Actually, I am quite calm, even a bit 'chilly'

Want some? I made it with an extra can of Chili beans. Turn you into a real gas plant. OOPS! Forgot, you got lots of 'gas' already!

    J/K

I'm a Navy vet with family and friends in other branches. As silly as it may seem there is some truth to number eleven.

Try not to take anything here too personal.

It's quite a diverse community, if you take time to get a feel for the requlars it won't take you long to make friends.

    Welcome aboard...

    T'ks

As for rule 11: Hopefully the soldier will be able to differentiate between someone trying to play a role, and an innocent mistake

Please refrain from being a jerk

    If this is possible

There are jerks in every kind of camp you can think of. Our job is to avoid being the jerk in THIS camp

TTE's stuff is proven. That is a fact. I try to keep my assesments based on the persons product or actions, not per se who they are - TTE and I probably disagree quite a bit in terms of religious and political points of view, but I try to keep my scope on things "martial" and try to be fair and balanced.

You guys are skilled in different martial areas; TTE is big on the internal arts, judo, weapons and combatives and whole lot of eclectic topics. Whereas you are more wrestling, shuajiao, muaythai/karate and conditioning - if I'm not mistaken.

Its too bad that the two of you can't get along because you guys interests are complimentary - TTE's got a vast amount of knowledge of Chinese medicine, health, martial arts culture too and you have the language background, travel experience and contacts.
