      What makes it tactical?

The pics look like regular repelling down a mountain.

Wouldn't you need prior repelling experience to learn something "tactical"?

I think I "knackered" a rib laughing at that.

The original injury is from practicing bo-staff techniques with scaffolding poles when I was some 20 odd years younger than I am today.

Ripped up all my serratus anterior which has over the years gradually compromised my shoulder.

To be honest I dont thing Wing Chun helped.

More recently I have been doing some hard contact stick stuff combined with dumog and managed to get into a couple of shoulder wrenching situations. Which means no Judo for me for a while

Should also add that I have taken a number of pretty bad falls onto my shoulder and neck, was hospitalised for two of them.

Amazing how those old injuries come back to haunt you. I'm suffering with arthritis in one knee from an old injury and now my shoulder is acting up
