Open Question: xbox said device shipped and in virginia now it says billing info reci

Ok i sent in my xbox to the repair center about a month ago.About a week ago it was completed.I never did recieve a tracking number for it but on xbox.com it said that it was in virginia and i live in west virginia.I looked at the site again today and it said billing info recieved all over again.How is that possible when it was in Virginia?
