I run a small business and have been using the Google Review platform to gather feedback from customers. However, I'm finding it a bit challenging to improve my business's visibility on Google Search and Maps. Does anyone have tips or strategies to encourage more positive reviews, enhance engagement, or optimize my business profile for better visibility?
I’ve also considered using an online review service to help manage reviews and improve overall reputation. I'm especially interested in insights on how to respond to reviews effectively and maintain a good rating. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
