Smbc, thinking about dating again. My daughter was born in June. Is this even possible? Has any gone back into the dating scene since becoming a SMBC? How do you tell a person you're interested in about you child? Is it weird for me to want to date or be with someone? I would most likely date at work. Before I got pregnant I was talking to someone at work I didn't go into details about my pregancy but in the end he thinks I got in a relationship with someone else. He doesn't know I used embryo adoption. He still single with no kids land wants kids; we even talked about him being my donor. I don't know how to be honest with him without putting my business out there. I work in a nice environment with a lot of nice guys . Online dating doesn't work for me so I most likely will be interested in somone I work with. For reference I work at a middle school as a counselor. The guys I see everyday love kids and are great influence. Interested in hearing from any who is dating, or dated after becoming a SMBC.

I personally wouldn't date people I worked with because if things don't work out it could be really awkward.

I started chatting with people again recently and ended up trying uhmegle just out of curiosity. It was more relaxed than I expected, and I liked that there was no pressure. I had a couple of fun conversations that made me feel more like myself again. Definitely made me realize I can take baby steps without feeling overwhelmed.
