How practice or should I say is it safe to add an outlet to a current circuit
Easy enough or safer to pay

Long story short builder of house over burdened an existing circuit I want to better power manage load to a circuit that gets less use

i.e outlet is on circuit A. I wish to move it to circuit B

DIY electrical is doable if you've had a bit of training. This however is tougher as you will likely need wall tear out.

I ran into something similar last year and jotting down each step helped. I used inspection and test plan templates to keep track of what I checked, especially grounding and connections. Made it way less confusing when I had to go back and double-check stuff later. Also saved time explaining everything to the inspector since I already had it all organized.
