  • House Inspections

My roommate found out that we are going to have an inspection soon.

My bedroom office is wall to wall cookbooks and bottled water. A local grocery store had crates of water at $5 for 2 crates, so I stocked up on the bottled water.

4 crates of belongings were taken to the basement. I need to buy another crate yet!

Do you ever go through house inspections?

Back when I rented we used to have them. Some landlords were better than others. At one place the estate agent used to come over once a year, quickly look around, then take photos to send to the landlord, which was nice and straightforward.

I’ve been dealing with rental properties for a while now, and I learned how much smoother things go with reliable support. I started using valleymanagementgroupinc.com after a friend recommended them, and it made a big difference with tenant stuff and maintenance requests. They’re easy to reach and get things done quickly, which helps a lot if you’re tired of doing everything yourself.
