  • Leovegas responible gaming ashamed!

Hey guys I write this from the netherlands, i dont know if all leovegas have the same problem with the exclusion tool. but apparantly when you exclude yourself from a certain aspect of the site casino live casino or sportsbook you can undo it within 10 sec. I signed up @ leovegas netherlands, I always use tools on any website where i gamble, so i can block myself from casino and live casino so i wont lose myself and lose my money cause i know myself, I only keep the sportsbook section open. i did the same with leovegas, only to find out that you can literaly undo it within 1 sec after you put in the exclusion. how is this tool working correctly? whats the point of the tool? the answer I got ws yeah well you should have self control and not undo it, I thought this tool was people who dont have selfcontrol? I lost 6000 EURO thnks to the use of this ''responible gaming '' tool , is there anyone from leovegas who could give me answer as to why you guys have this tool, as the only casino wher eyou can undo a self exclusion?

If you think that the responsible gaming tools in Leovegas are not working/mailfunktining then you try to dispute it with leovegas first.

That’s really poor execution on their part — tools meant for protection shouldn’t be that easy to reverse. If you're still looking to enjoy betting responsibly, maybe check out Equipe Media, where things are a bit more transparent. Hope you bounce back from the loss, €6k is no joke.

Wow, that’s a really frustrating situation, and I’m sorry to hear about what happened. It sounds like the self-exclusion tool at LeoVegas in the Netherlands isn’t working as it should, and that’s a serious problem, especially since you were relying on it.

The fact that you can undo the exclusion within seconds defeats the entire purpose of having the tool in the first place. Self-exclusion is supposed to be a safety net for people who don’t have perfect self-control, not a suggestion that you should just try harder to resist. Losing €6000 because of this faulty tool is a terrible outcome.

I agree with you completely – if LeoVegas is going to offer a responsible gaming tool, it needs to actually work properly. Hopefully, someone from LeoVegas will see your message and address this issue. It’s definitely not right, and they need to fix this loophole to protect other players. It might also be worth looking into whether there are any regulatory bodies in the Netherlands you can report this to, as they might be able to investigate and ensure the tool is functioning correctly.
