Vacuum Cleaner Issue

I have a Hoover Vacuum Cleaner model UH71250 , series YW12.0. It is about 3 years old . It was working fine. A few months back while running, it suddenly stopped and did not start again. After 2 days I tried again, it ran for about 15 minutes and then stops and do not start again. After that it is going on same. After sitting idle for a few days, it starts normally, works fine for 15-20 minutes and then stops suddenly and does not start again for that day.
Any suggestion to resolve this ?

The motor is over heating and shutting itself off before it burns up so you get into it to see what the problem is.

I had similar issues with my upright vacuum, especially with pet hair and uneven floors. Switching to a roborock robot vacuum made a big difference—it doesn’t get stuck easily and handles mixed surfaces well. I like that I can schedule cleanings and let it run while I’m out. Took a bit to map the rooms properly, but after that, it’s been way easier to keep things clean without dragging out the big vacuum.
