I thought I'd start a thread on cool gift ideas. I just ordered a coffee mug from Mpix.com for a friend that has a couple of dogs. Not original, but a cool surprise. There's other cool stuff they can do with photos there. Let's see more cool stuff.

Our DiL got a mug for the wife and my mother with pics of the grandkids. I'm sure that my mom has 100 coffee mugs, and probably only uses 1 or 2. I believe she probably never uses that one, but has it sitting beside her.

Last year I surprised my brother with a 3d-figuren personalisiert based on his favorite photo, and it totally cracked him up. It looked just like him, down to the weird way he crosses his arms. Way better than another bottle of whiskey or some grill gear.I gave my dad a digital picture frame loaded with old family photos and scanned stuff from his younger days. He loved it and keeps it on his desk now.
