Weird thing happening on SoundCloud

I posted a track a few days ago. It’s called As Stars Go Out One By One. I thought it was a nice little tune, but not particularly great. For some reason I have over 1000 plays! It’s not THAT good. Has anybody had this happen to them. If it’s legitimate then I’m delighted. If not, it’s messing up my stats. Any ideas how to fix it?

The last thing I posted had close to 500 plays but I think that was mostly from you guys on here because I posted asking for feedback on a more serious piece I had written.

That’s wild when a track gets way more plays than you expect! Sometimes those big jumps can be from real interest or a little boost someone gave it. When I wanted to grow my profile, I used buy soundcloud followers just to get things moving. It helped get some real listeners to check out my music after the initial push. If those plays feel off, checking your stats closely helps, but a little boost can make things look more legit at first.
