Geek Bar Keeps Draining After Charging - Any Solutions?

Having a bit of trouble with my Geek Bar and I'm hoping someone can help. I'll charge it up for around an hour, it reaches about 25%, but then after just one hit, it drops back down to 0%. Not sure what's going on here - did I accidentally damage it somehow?
