Is VIGGLO a legit site to order a gift from?

VIGGLO appears to be an Etsy-type page selling others' creations. I found a gift on it I'd like to order for my wife from the kids for Mother's Day, but I have never heard of it and cannot find the same or a similar enough gift elsewhere.

I'm not in the loop on these types of sites, so it may be the number-two site in the whole world for this, or it may be a complete scam site — I don't know.

They take PayPal, so from my understanding the worst-case scenario is that I'd lose my money if we could never track it down. I don't have a PayPal, but my wife does, so I'm not completely in the loop on it either. Is it correct that PayPal is supposedly harder to hack if I used hers to buy it?

I ordered a nice personalized multi-tool as a Corporate Gift once and ended up keeping one for myself—it’s actually come in handy way more than I expected. Something useful like that, especially with a logo or name engraved, feels personal without being over the top. Guys I’ve given them to seem to really appreciate them, especially during planting or harvest when tools disappear into pockets fast.
