    Hey mamas. I’m looking for some kind of fitness/light work out to do to keep myself moving.
    Low or no cost preferred.
    What have you done or are you doing that you’ve enjoyed?

    I started with short walks after dinner, then added light bodyweight exercises during nap times. Some days I just stretch or dance around with the baby—anything to keep moving a bit.

      Been doing short bodyweight circuits at home—squats, push-ups on the counter, and some stretches. Even 15 minutes a day feels good. Walking with the stroller counts too! Checked out Zionova—their tips and approach feel honest and practical, which helped me figure out what small routines to try without spending anything.
