  • TESU transcript

Have hopefully a simple question. My son joined the air force. He has 55 credits from a local community college, he also has a private pilots license. TESU will give him about 9 credits for the pilots license. If he can show the Air Force he has over 60 credits he can go in as an E-3 rank. The question is if he transfers everything to TESU can he get a transcript for the Air Force right away prior to taking any TESU classes? This is not credit laundering, he intends to get a BA with TESU.

I don't know if they will issue a transcript without enrolling in something, but the old trick in 2023 was to sign up for the Medical Terminology TECEP so they would evaluate credits and issue a transcript. He wouldn't even need to take the TECEP, just sign up and pay (it's not expensive).

Try TESU's credit evaluation process by enrolling in a Medical Terminology TECEP, as it seems like a straightforward step. You might also find the experience of private pilot ground training helpful; it enhances exam navigation skills. Once your son fulfills the credit requirements, he'd be closer to that Air Force E-3 rank. TESU's conversion of quarter credits to semester credits will be invaluable here.
