I try to keep a daily routine that includes gentle exercise, journaling, and talking with a therapist who understands fertility grief. Small moments of connection—like a walk with a friend or a creative hobby—help break the rumble of sadness. When anxiety spikes, I use cbd distillate to calm my nerves, and it makes the evenings feel more manageable.
