Dental Implants

A very good friend of mine is trying to find a company who does the above, but doesn't charge a fortune. He had many years of bad luck and lived rough for most of them, hence his very poor dental hygiene. He doesn't have many teeth left and what he does have are falling apart. He's looked into maybe going abroad to have this done (full top and bottom implants) but has heard of so many horror stories. One company near to where he lives quoted him 'at least' ?16:000 which he doesn't have.

Does anyone know of a good successful and reputable company abroad - maybe Turkey, who has either had this procedure done or knows someone?
