Searching for a Martial Art Movie...

Hi everyone...
I have been searching for a martial arts movie. In the movie the guy that fights the best kept saying something like "Buddha be praised" on the English subtitle. It is sort of a kung fu comedy in a way.
Please... if anyone can help me with the title would be very greatful.

I can't remember the name, but it was a musical comedy to boot.

Either that or it's Buddha hand Buddha Fist.
