Local cosplayer Peachy stars as Nicole Demara of the hit action RPG title Zenless Zone Zero during day 2 of the annual Otakufest Philippines 2024 in August 17-18 at the Skyhall Convention in SM Seaside City.
Otakufest is the leading and most anticipated cosplay and hobbies convention event held annually in Cebu, Philippines. It is an annual celebration for geek/nerd culture, like anime, animation, gaming, music, cosplay, and more.
For this year’s event, several local cosplayers participated, including Peachy in her Nicole Demara cosplay, which ‘debuted’ at the convention. Not just that, familiar cosplayers are also present, like Miu, Kiichan, Bastinuod, Sharrie, and Diane, for a meet and greet session.
Additionally, making the convention more memorable and exciting for attendees, there are various competitions to participate in, such as Cosplay Skit for solo or duo, Asian Pop Dance, One Shot Comic Competition, Kara-OK Japanese Competition, Animation and Character Design Competition, as well as partnered competitions in collaboration with game and anime titles.
Otakufest is not just an annual gathering but rather a platform for every Otaku’s and fans-alike where they can showcase their creativity and passion towards the geek culture and share their innovative ideas, fostering a dynamic space for artistic expression in the Visayan region.
