The Pressure From The Water Is Like Someone Lightly Punching You. After Doing This For A Year Your Body Will Create A Tolerance To Light And Medium Hits. The Post Also Says Will Decrease The Chance Of Getting Cut, Bruises Fractures Or Even Broken Bones Not Protect.It's The Same Way When You Have Braces On Your Teeth After So Long Your Mouth Will Adapt And Your Gums Will Be Almost Impossible To Cut Or When You Rub A Dit Da Jow In Your Hands That In Hot After Using The Dit Da Jow For A While When You Apply The Dit Da Jow You Will Not Even Feel A Difference Your Body Creates A Tolerance. What Is Reason? Do You Have A Reason Why You Type The Way You Do?

I type this way because when I was in school I paid attention to my teachers who taught me how to write and type properly. I'm not a grammar nazi but for crying out loud, everyone on the internet knows that when you type in all caps it means you're yelling. It's incredibly annoying when you "shout" everything you post. Welcome to the internet noobie, this is day one

When Rubbing And Spraying The Face And Neck You Want To Rub The Most Vulnerable Targets For Example The Wind Pipe, Carotid Artery, The Bone Around The Eye Socket, Lips, Jaw Bones Etc. Use Good Judgement Think About The Places You Are Usually Hit Or That Are Easily Cut If Hit Hard Enough. This Training Will Help To Decrease The Chance Of Getting Cuts, Bruises, And Even Fracture Or Broken Bones.

Contrary to popular belief rubbing your self in the shower will not make you go blind or cause hair to grow on your hands. I hate to break it to you though, if this idea worked every man over the age of 13 or so would have an armor piercing pecker
