  • Training Routines for MAs

    I've been lifting for a while, and pretty much the main focus was bodybuilding. Now that I'm back into training in martial arts again I was wondering what types of routines there are for training in MAs. After evaluating my situation I realized I don't know jack about speed and strenght training, so what kind of routine do you do for MAs? Any help is highly appreciated!
